What is love? What is true love with a significant other? As I sit here and write this I just want you to know that there were no notes taken on this topic prior to writing this, it is coming straight from my heart, my experiences and true feelings about the topic. Love to me is a feeling of uncontrollable emotion regardless of thought. Although many say that our brain communicates with all the other organs in our body, the heart is rather a more complicated one to swallow. You can't always communicate with your heart through your thoughts, it has a processor of its own. I think Love goes beyond your heart, it digs deep down into your soul which is something that is usually unexplainable and comes from the universe or God, if you believe in one. Before I even start to write this story let me just say that you CANNOT make this shit up LOL! This is 100% true story! So I met guy on a dating app, he seemed decent so I gave him my number and we decided to chat via txt. However he looked familiar but I didn't know from where. I have good face recognition memory so I knew I was not mistaken. Anyhow,we set up a date but he did seem a bit off as every sentence followed with an "lol" usually a pretty immature characteristic. Anyhow we set up a date to go to dinner. He text me the day of the day and said "Tonight is the night lol" I thought well that was a bit awkward but fine I'll just go along with it. So I replied and said cool see you at 7:30. His response "cant wait to me you." I get to the restaurant and he is already there, he even text me to let me know where he is sitting so I can find him. I sit down and tell him " oh this is a cute spot, I've never been here before" mind ...

The other day I randomly stumbled across a great new show on Amazon called " The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" It's an amazon original and had a 9/10 rating with over 500 reviews which I thought was impressive. In case you didn't know Amazon actually operates quite differently from Netflix when it comes to originals. They only release one episode as opposed to an entire season to see reviews. I believe this is smarter and definitely more cost effective. Just imagine the cost of one episode is way less than an entire flopping season. Once they see the feedback from the first episode which is sort of the pilot they then either pick up the show for a season or 2 or move onto the next one. Luckily, this show in particular was picked up for 2 seasons and comes out on November 29th, 2017. I highly recommend checking it out! It's about a lovely young Jewish woman who is smart, intelligent and just super woman who then gets dumped by her husband despite all her over the top ...

Madison Avenue, New York City, 4 years ago. I remember that day like it was yesterday. I walked into the Christian Louboutin store and saw these timeless special edition So Kate pumps called Tissu 😍 The red nails and fingers were a classic print.  I looked at the price and the shoes were over 1k. I was in no position to buy them for that price and so I left the store with just a dream in mind..... I randomly came across them on eBay a month ago, lost them in an auction twice and both times the winner didn't pay, I finally contacted the seller and offered a price I was able to pay and she accepted it. You never Know unless you ask. Today these brand new beauties are mine! Moral of the story is when it's meant to be it will be. As you may have seen on my Instagram I promised to do some posts on what I like to call "behind the fashion" what I mean by it is I'll be sharing the story of my bargains and how I bought the item, where and for how much! My purpose is to teach you ladies how to bargain shop without hurting your pocket!  Below you will see my Andre Assous colorful espadrilles that I found on poshmark for $8 plus shipping! They are fashion forward and totally funky for a cool outfit!  My other great find was these nude Andre Assous sandals which are classic and timeless! I can wear them with anything! The color is Devine and neutral! These I bought on eBay for $25 including shipping brand new in a box! Unreal as they retailed for $160 just a few years ago. It's the place where you can find the best deals because it really depends on the bidding of each items and also the best place to sell your old good that you are no longer in love with. This ladies I called ' recycling fashion" in other words you sell and buy new items you love with the money you made from those you sold. The new ebay app is so easy to use that it doesn't take longer than 30 seconds to create each post and yes thats including you taking photos. As the end of 2014 rolled around I thought to myself what can I share with my friends and fashion enthusiasts that will be of outmost interest and benefit? And there it was the word SAVE came into perspective! A word that is #1 in my vocabulary! Call me a Jew because I am one ;) I love to save! Often times some ppl think that I'm wealthy (not true, I work very hard) because I wear a lot of designer clothes and shoes etc but what you don't know is my BARGAIN SECRETS! I will be sharing all sorts of savings secrets of my own such as how to find the best deals, when are the best sales, which stores are the best resale stores in your area, how to shop on ebay, and how to find the best sample sales in your city!  :) for starters lets start with undergarments! So fall is closely approaching and I couldn't be happier! Aside from spring, fall is my favorite season. I love layers and accessories not to say that it has to be darker colors either. You can always incorporate color into your fall and even winter wardrobe choices. Here are some of my favorite campaigns for the fall. 

So in your 30's all your friends start to get married! And so you have to grasp it and find the most fabulous dresses/outfits to wear! One of my best friends Jane got married this past weekend which I must add was a beautiful wedding and experience! Instead of going out to shop to buy dresses I stepped right into my closet! Below you will see photos of all my outfits including accessories and shoes :) enjoy! When it comes to weddings we all know some people tend to freak out and start booking all sorts of appointments for hair, make up, alterations etc. But, if we all take a nice long breathe and  realize that we are just as capable doing it ourselves life becomes much simpler :) You then have a choice of getting all the beauty done or doing it yourself. First step would be to do some research and figure out the style and look you are going for which should always work with your dress, shoes and jewelry as in the end you want to look like the complete package. The colors of your eye shadows should normally match with the color of your dress same goes for lipstick. Your nail polish should also play a role in your outfit. For this particular one I went with red to match my lips. Now preparing for the big day would also consist of maybe doing some facial cleansing and exfoliating to close your pores so that make up goes on smoothly. It's very important to take care of yourself and remember to always make ME time. No matter what happens its all about how you feel in the end of the day and if you forget to take care of yourself no one else will. Taking care of yourself can include anything from doing your nails and hair for the ladies, playing ball and shaving for the gents, to just keeping clean, dressing appropriately, reading, listening to things you like, eating right, exercising, etc. No one else will do these things for you but YOU, something to keep in mind! What you do for yourself reflects on your mood, and the way others perceive you, which isn't really that important always its really how you feel inside out that really matters. Don't forget to make time for yourself and what you want in life. Whether in a relationship or single you can't forget about yourself. I know it gets tough when one is in a relationship its hard to remember about yourself and find time for  what I like to refer to...

I'm not sure where this is going to go but I just know that I want to write. A million things go thru my mind daily. Some positive, some negative, thoughts about my new year, the goals I want to achieve, the target I want to have, my love life, my family problems, my friends, my future, my problems that I want to solve. Sometimes I'm motivated and want to do the best for myself and at times just by seeing one small thing or hearing something that can disappoint me and I lose my focus. Same way one tiny incident or a few caring words from someone even a stranger can pick me back up and throw me back on the train of motivation. Hi everyone this is my first blog, I haven't really wrote one in quite a long time. I'd like to express myself by revealing my feelings and thoughts from time to time. At this time I'm going thru what you can call a revelation. I've realized that the person I was dating on and off for 3 yrs now has turned out to be a complete stranger to me. I know him inside out probably better than he knows himself but I'd prefer for him to be a stranger from now on.
