Fashion x Antiques

For the Bloglovin Contest :) Thank you for giving me the opportunity to strut my H&M stuff and mix it with different designers! I hope you enjoy this post! I had the pleasure of working with William Todman one of my favorite photographers who just gets my vision. We have been working on several different projects together! This one in particular was an interesting one. We wanted to shoot in LA with a non LA feel and what better way than to incorporate Antiques and an old school building location into the mix. Luckily my dad is in the antique business and has to most unique antique shop/ environment in Hollywood called Bach Antiques. We incorporated some of my favorite new fashion items into the mix and viola there you have it! We are going to continue with this series so please check back soon for more interesting photos! The vision behind this theme is that antiques are so unique and detailed just like fashion is. To me art is fluid whether your are wearing it, hanging it on your...

DVF 40 "Journey of a Dress" Exhibit fabulousness :)

As we all know the wrap dress hit the globe with a huge impact on how women dressed 40 years ago when Diane Von Furstenberg first invented the amazing concept! It was the easiest dress to put on and take off, with a quick wrap around you were ready to take on the world in less than 2 min! My memory of it was quite different. I was young and saw my mom wearing it all the time when I was a teen and I would look at her like "what the hell are you wearing mama?" As I got older I developed a sense for classic and timeless fashion and understood the revolution the wrap dress made for women all over the globe. Today I got to experience all the most popular prints of the DVF wrap dress empire! I went to the LACMA exhibit called "Journey of a Dress" it was fantastic! I won't say more as I want everyone to go experience It for themselves :) If you are in LA definitely go check it out! I wore my own DVF dress :) (below are some photos...

Oh the Spring is here!

Well well well there.... one of my favorite seasons is here! Spring that is :) Its when all the color and florals in your wardrobe begin to blossom and live again. It's the time when the trees and flowers begin to wake up and breathe again and show their beautiful branches and stems, so why not you do the same? Hide all the black FAR far away and bring all those florals out and shine brighter than the sun! Fashion is all about showing off what you are feeling inside and why not show the best YOU everyday? Here are some of my favorites of Vogue March 2013 Issue! I mean how Incredible does Beyonce look on the cover and inside! MAJOR!
